Anti-Semitism and Islamophobia
All People should be Friends
Abraham (Ibrahim in Arabic) became the father of three religions because of his two sons. Many have disputed that Abraham had only one wife which was Sarah who‘s son was Isaac. The customs of this time period validate that Hagar was also his wife and that Ishmael was a legitimate son.
So we began the people eventually known as the Semites, or what is considered the descendents of Shem.
By Ishmael we have the Arab people and by Isaac the Jewish people. One major Arabic group that is Semite is the Palestine people who through a portion of history were known as the Canaanites.
So we pass through time to two very disturbing words, Anti-Semitism for the Jewish people and now Islamophobia (Anti-Islamic Racism) for the Arab people. Racism in any form is not something new, but the harm it dos’s to people in many ways is extremely hard to repair. And in the case of today, we are in a major situation that is putting all people on the globe in danger.
To validate the genocide of any group of people or any wanton harm to any group of people is going against laws that are a foundation that Allah (God) laid down for all civilizations, not to just those we see today. I realize what I just said may have you sitting up in your seat and saying, “NO!” But if you study cultures and especially world religions you will see this foundation. Allah put it there as a limit to what we can not cross. For example, in Judaism you have the Mitzvah’s, for Christians the Ten Commandments and in Islam Laws.
All three religions teach love and peace and to mistreat anyone is unthinkable. And the biggest stickler in all three religions is Murder. Also, pretty basic in all three religions is to be kind to all people. There is no real excuse to mistreat any given people, also whether you realize it or not kindness is a lot stress less and takes less energy then any form of cruelty.
