Hamas urges Palestinians to bypass differences, unite in face of challenges

Gaza - The Hamas Movement on Sunday issued a statement congratulating the Palestinian people on the advent of the Eidul Fitr that follows the holy fasting month of Ramadan, urging them to maintain unity in face of challenges and to bypass whatever might arise differences among them.

The Movement wished that the next Eid would bring liberation of Palestinian lands and holy shrines along with welfare and progress for the entire Muslim Ummah.

It regretted that the Eid, which should be a symbol of merriment, was marred with ceaseless Israeli aggressions, murders and destruction in lines of the Palestinian people.

Hamas further pointed out that the occasion was coupled with plots on the part of local, regional and international parties to subdue the Palestinian people and to starve them into ceding national rights and to topple their legitimate government.
