Is this really the Bush's slip-up this time?

Queen Elizabeth did toast and praise Bush, at a recent formal British Embassy dinner.

As to the whole of humanity, my arms in unconditional love and justice which extends to the circumference of the four winds; as a mother would give milk to her children in kindness.
