3 Injured in Gaza Bombing, Land Bulldozed in Rafah

Gaza – At dawn Sunday Israeli artillery shelled the Al Shajaiyeh neighborhood in eastern Gaza City. Three people are injured, as reported by medical sources.

Al Shifa Hospital doctors are treating the wounded, with one in critical condition.

Later on Sunday morning Israeli forces stormed the Jeradat area, east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

Eyewitnesses said that several military vehicles penetrated the region from the Karam Abu Salem Crossing, while opening intense fire.

Soldiers broke into several homes while bulldozers razed tracts of agricultural land near the unused Yasser Arafat Airport.
