Two Molotov cocktails were thrown at the home of the Jewish Agency's representative at Brown University in the United States on Saturday, causing no injuries. The motive behind the attack is not yet known.

The two explosives were hurled into the Hillel delegate's home in Providence, Rhode Island. One landed in the living room without exploding and was taken for fingerprint analysis. The second hit an external wall, igniting a fire in the yard.

Federal Bureau of Investigation detectives and local police were investigating the incident.

Amos Hermon, head of the Jewish Agency task force on anti-Semitism stressed that while authorities had not yet reached a conclusion on the attack's motives, radical left-wing groups were increasing anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian activity on U.S. campuses.

New Time Old Problem

By HRM Deborah

It seems these day’s that the heat is up again more then usual if you are of a Semitic background, which includes many people in the Middle East not just Anti-Semitism that has plagued the Jewish people for far too many years.

I will even go so far as to say, one’s religion is defiantly under attack and these include Islam and Judaism, while I can not help thinking this could very well be an attack on Allah Himself in an indirect manner.

While the man in the above article should not be subjected to such violence, it seems to be a growing situation with many in the world today with the backgrounds that I mentioned and as for the United States, it is becoming more and more an everyday occurrence.

While we are in and age old dilemma we cannot forget the time’s we are in and take caution accordingly and not allow such mistreatment to become the norm. On the other hand, allow it to disrupt our lives, to the extent that we would allow ourselves to turn our back not only on Allah, but lay off our feet to never walk again.

Also, something to remember that all the Prophet’s(PBUH) are Semitic in origin!

In conclusion, we should be a people held tight by the bounds that Allah created and not allow petty squabbles among the religions mentioned.
