Ecuador Constitution put’s U.S. military post at Risk?

The only U.S. military post in South America, would be banned under Ecuador's new constitution, which faces a referendum this year.
A clause added to the proposed constitution Tuesday states that "Ecuador is a land of peace," and that "the presence of foreign military bases or foreign installations with military purposes is prohibited."
The United States is the only country with a military base in Ecuador.
