None Payment of utility bills Disrupts Service

Fatah thinks they can suspend any person associated with Fatah to have to pay their utility bills, water and other utility bills; well Salam Fayyad has no authority to make these types of decisions.

It will be made perfectly clear, nonpayment on any services will suspend the services to anyone who doesn’t pay their bill and their will be a rehook up charge at the time when anyone decides to pay their bill and have their services turned back on.

As for those people that are in the status of living at or bellow the poverty level, they can still make payments and keep receiving all services.

It is not the Palestinian legal government, to disrupt anyone’s services, but full none payment, of services cannot be allowed.

As for documents being issued such as driver's licenses and birth certificates, Fatah has no jurisdiction here either, this is through the Palestine legal government only.
