Bronze Statue Of Roman Emperor Hadrian Installed In The British Museum

Curator of Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine archaeology of the Jewish Museum of Jerusalem, David Mevorah (L) and chief conservator of the Jewish Museum of Jerusalem, Victor Uziel install the head onto a bronze statue of Hadrian, circa 2nd century AD in the British Museum on 24 June 2008 in London, England.

The British Museum's new exhibition 'Hadrian: Empire And Conflict' (July 24 - October 26) will offer a unique opportunity to see important objects related to the Roman Emperor Hadrian.
