Jewish Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni (L) attend the weekly cabinet meeting on 6 July 2008 in Jerusalem.
Apparently, the focus on the particular cabinet meeting was in regards to the immigration situation among Russian Jews.
Under the circumstances, it is hoped it can be resolved without harm to Judaism with what is understood as an assimilation problem; outside of Palestine.
This brings to mind, that not just ones culture or language distinguishes the beauty of a people, but most importantly there religion. All three of these key elements, makes a people and should be preserved for the benefit of the whole.
Something I learned when I was a young girl, who you are inside and I think these are parts from our ancestors, makes us the people we are and our relationship to not just the world, but those like ourselves.
For an olive tree will always be an olive tree and you can not tell it your now a walnut tree instead, for the olive tree knows the difference.
