KENNEBUNKPORT, MAINE-Dozens of antiwar protesters gathered today in this seaside town and marched toward the Bush family compound, which President Bush is visiting for several days.

The protesters walked two miles to the compound on Walker's Point and then two miles to the school parking lot where they assembled. Some chanted, "Occupation is a crime/Bush and Cheney should be doing time." Others held signs saying, "War is Not the Answer," and "No More Bush Wars."

The president took a bike ride this morning and had a 10-minute telephone conversation with the president of Brazil, a spokeswoman. He's expected to attend a family wedding during his visit. He arrived Thursday afternoon and is expected to leave Sunday morning.

Commentary
While there apparently, has been several protests at the Bush compound in Maine and it seems everytime there is a wedding for Bush to go too, also.

What is more interesting while the above article is from a Boston news agency, the journalist was very accommodating I am guessing towards the protestors to give them Bush’s schedule, the best they could. Which really say’s a lot towards Bush’s popularity in America.

Furthermore, with our modern times, for these protestors to walk a total of four miles; tells how they actually feel about Bush and the current situation and how important it is to them.

To what also appears that these people have traveled from different parts of the U.S., for this Bush compound protest.
