Nippon's Lanterns of Remembrance

More than 30,000 lanterns donated by citizens are displayed on the grounds during the four-day annual summer festival to remember the souls of Nippon's (Japan's) dead, from US severe sanctioned oppression upon Nippon; that developed into World War 2.

As to the whole of humanity, my arms in unconditional love and justice which extends to the circumference of the four winds; as a mother would give milk to her children in kindness.
