Destruction by One Small Act

I went on what I thought was an emergency trip to help an old friend that also use to be my neighbor when, I lived in Michigan.

Apparently, they exaggerated their situation or I misunderstood which I do sometimes with people living in the West.

They told me they were very sick and on sick leave from their job what is now a little time, so I grew worried about them and made the tedious trip to go to Michigan. With even the intention, if they was in a dire condition they was welcome to my home until they got better.

I will admit that I think they got the mistaken impression, that I had just came to pack them up and bring them home with me. This I would never do, it would have been their decision and while I was told no with this miss understanding the offer was removed as they say from the table; especially when I was told exactly what they was doing. Also, I have never been in the habit of kidnapping.

As long as I live, I will never understand some of the social practices in the West. For one, the idea of dating especially in America. While we do not date, but until the time of marriage we are suppose to protect our modesty and be above reproach and do nothing that is haraam (sin), I can not understand the Christian idea of dating with living together or traveling together; because to me it makes especially the woman appear very cheap. Please do not get me wrong, I feel the man is equally guilty of this kind of behavior.

While loneliness is a very hard thing, one should never resort to putting themselves in a position to do bad things, one should never forget the consequences of their actions especially how it will effect the future for as they say while you can repent; but you can not turn the clock back and you still have to face God one day in judgment and I wonder if anyone really wishes to face the questions He very will ask?

I hear many people especially Christians talk about how the American society is in trouble and the deed’s of Satan is running rampant not only with Sexual behavior but to drug taking, drinking, gambling and robbery just to name a few examples. I for one to make society in America better, the American’s really need to rise above the quagmire of sexual freedom and anything goes attitude because all it will do is destroy the society.

Down through time when ever a society or city for example got this corrupt in some way, it was destroyed. Not from outside influence but from within itself. For you can not turn your back on God’s teachings and expect to keep flaunting in His eyes and expect to survive.

I kept hearing people from different parts of the world talk about the immorality in America and I am one that has to say from what I have seen while there is still many I am sure that stays within Gods principles in this world, there is many who do not and I shutter to think what their fate will be especially when they die.

What is growing very hard is not just the genocide with war occurring in our modern times, but the destruction of people within themselves due to their immoral conduct.

I must say I do not wish harm to people, but people that do evil things has to pay the price for it is written in every language, religion known to man upon this earth and while I agree with all God’s teachings; I will always be saddened in just the destruction of humanity due to war; but the human heart.

Destruction of the human heart may seem like a little thing, but as I grow older I more understand how it can balloon out into some of the biggest catastrophes we are seeing; like again the lie a person told me turned into a bigger thing. Lie’s as we know create war’s, look at the lies that is causing so much death in Iraq all the way to Palestine, and I am sure the true accounting of the martyrs may never be known.

And to think all this started with just a lie!
