Israeli staff of helicopter shot down by Hezbollah fighters named

Bethlehem - Ma'an - Israeli sources have revealed the names of the troops being carried in the helicopter shot down by Hezbollah fighters. The helicopter was downed by a Wa'd missile on Saturday night in the Yater area in southern Lebanon.

The soldiers killed were:

Major Sami bin Na'im, 39, from Rahovot

Reserve Major Nissan Shalev, 36, from the cooperative village of 'Ifron

Captain Daniel Gomez, 35, from Nahalem

Vice Lieutenant Ron Misheleh, from Ghadera

Assistant in reserve, Keren Tendler, 26, from Rahovot
