Rebuilding the Gulf Coast to Iraq: Bush's View?

Murder rate in New Orleans is such an epidemic, they are thinking of restarting a Curfew.

Exorbitant cost of living, has forced starvation and poverty to become rampant.

As to the whole of humanity, my arms in unconditional love and justice which extends to the circumference of the four winds; as a mother would give milk to her children in kindness.
