Po-Boy Sandwich

This is a sandwich that over time has taken on many shapes and advanced to many name’s across the world, but the men that started this sandwich and where, I think was at one time a mystery within itself. For many people, have made claim to this sandwich without knowing it’s true origin.
Along the banks of the Mississippi River just over the rise of a bank in New Orleans Louisiana, is a little nondescript market on a corner in an older neighborhood, where two brother’s have ran this market for as you could guess, quite a number of years.
They are Palestinian refugee’s and yes, they created the home of the first Po-boy sandwich and believe it or not, even their market if you look close enough; you will see the sign that you made it, I understand.
While, I was just told about these two brother’s and I know the person that told me was telling me the truth, what is more amazing to me is they are relatives.
While one may say the Po-Boy Sandwich came from New Orleans or America; I will always know it is Palestinian and know no matter what fashion they are now made or name, they are very good.
Furthermore, someday, If I happen to be in New Orleans; I wouldn’t mind trying one of there's.
