Apparently, there is a question as to Ismail Haniya’s postion as Prime Minster of the Palestine's legal government, since Haniya was appointed by HRM Deborah of Palestine, his position is for life and Mahmoud Abbas has no say in this regards.

Abbas has no say, in any government matters in any capacity and him wishing to be legitimate as he tried to make the global community as well as a few in Palestine believe, will not happen either.

The only position Mahmoud Abbas has, is to surrender to authorities for his criminal activities.

One of the charges against Abbas is attempting to over throw the legitimate head of the Palestine legal government, which has been the leaders of government for thousands of years. Another charge is, several counts of attempted assaination of heads of the Palestine legal government.
