Repentance of a Legally Corrupt or Immoral Person

A person or persons that has committed an enormity (meaning something severely threatened against in an unequivocal text from the Quran or hadith) though if someone commits such an act and repents and is felt to be sincere in this, he regains his legal uprightness and his testimony is accepted, provided he is tested after his repentance long enough to believe in its genuineness.

One must remember that Allah also see's the deeds or sins of a person and that which is honestly in there heart.
