As to Obama's claim of being for anything towards the Islamic world or the Middle East with the US's war-torn foreign policies, has proven to be just as false as though's who came riding in with sword before him.

New US passport rules take effect today

United States authorities today began implementing laws requiring all travellers entering the country to possess a valid passport.

The new rules are part of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative, which requires all Canadian and American citizens entering the US from Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean to produce passports or approved travel documents to US customs and Border Protection.

Previously, a photo ID or driver's licence was required.

Caribbean countries had earlier indicated that the new measure would severely affect their tourism sectors.

Approved travel documents include a regular passport, a new passport card, a trusted traveller card or an enhanced driver's licence proving citizenship of every traveller over the age of 16.

The new travel requirements are part of a wider initiative outlined by the Bush administration in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States.

Iraqi Orphans Not By Choice

Some 40 orphan boys and girls are also victims of this same type of violence by the Americans. All these children lost their parents in such killings.

The Value of People and Orphan Care

If one should find an orphan give the child a home and other advantages provided by family life until they grow up, which is a charitable act rewarded by Allah (Hashem);if one is of good character and not take advantage of the child.

As to the child, they should keep their own name and the estate or money that belongs to them should remain with them.

For it is an obligation if one is able to care for the orphan, the widow or the unfortunate; so they may not unduly suffer.

Law Laid Down by Allah (Hashem)

All illegal’s in Israel, are not welcome due to the law laid down by Allah (Hashem) thousand’s of years ago, that Israel would always be a closed country and this goes to a kindness that a former queen made about 9,000 years ago in allowing the Canaanite’s into the country; this do to their criminal deception upon entrance and the crime‘s they have committed since, against the citizen’s of the county.

As to those, who are committing criminal activities at this time, as traitor’s and terrorist’s to the country and are also dead to their families; their citizenship is also revoked and are considered illegal’s within or any relationship to Israel.

Nor anyone with a criminal background or with criminal intent will not be allowed entrance into Israel; in any manner, regardless of your background. For crime or attempt any criminal activities is unacceptable within the country and this includes all activities by the United States, due to their past history towards the country; with the initiation of the 109 year war against the country, their terrorist activities (inside and outside of Israel towards it‘s citizens, which has included bombings, assault etc. ) , murder (inside and outside of Israel towards it‘s citizens), US financial funding of terrorism within the country; towards known terrorist groups with many wanted not just in Israel, but by Interpol for global terrorism, for example such as Mahmoud Abbas and his organization and other high crime’s since, against the country nor any attacks towards the domestic or international policy of Israel, by the US government as they have been doing in the past and are still doing with every effort to harm or destroy the country; which also includes, the use of US terrorist activities, their alleged peace activates, to further this cause and is considered acts of aggression against Israel and her citizens.

This includes, that no American may enter Israel, either US government or citizen; with the US self-posed aggressive extermination war against these two religions of Islam and Judaism, that these two religions were blessed by Allah (Hashem) from the beginning of time; which also includes the other criminal acts previously mentioned above.

Nevertheless, it should also be known under this law; that the government of Israel (since 9,500 B.C.) which includes both ministries (Islam and Judaism) and the Queen, does not negotiate with anyone unacceptable which includes; criminal’s, illegal’s or terrorist’s, in any manner nor do we believe in any form of unification with these same sorts of people, for this is also not allowed.

For that which has always been a law laid down by Allah (Hashem), will be upheld, without question. As Israel will stay intact, which includes the land pertaining to the country; which includes that their will not be any type of land division and by all the law’s laid down by Allah (Hashem) from the beginning.

‘Not Enough Secular Marriage’s in the Middle East’

The above statement I heard recently to try and justify these type’s of marriages, which the law toward's such is explained below; hopefully in understandable terms.

Secular Marriage is blasphemy towards a sacred union created by Allah (Hashem, G-d), which those who are in a union such as this are living in sin; as the man is a bastard, as the woman is a whore or a prostitute.

The idea of secular marriage in modern time’s, is just a loop hole to live in immoral sin and only a religious marriage described by Allah (Hashem, G-d); is acceptable and towards this idea those who do so will be accountable for these unions at the end of time, in judgment.

As to those who try to justify such marriage’s are themselves, in question of what is morally acceptable; in other area‘s of living.

As to the word “Secular,” alone; it is becoming more equated with atheism, promiscuity and just an excuse for rampant immoral behavior in numerous area‘s of how one should live and conduct themself.

Is Barack Obama really President of the United States?

After all that fuss, is it possible that Barack Obama is not actually President of the United States?

It's a question being asked by constitutional experts - not to mention Fox News pundits and bloggers - after the man generally considered the finest orator of his generation fluffed his lines while reciting the oath of office on Capitol Hill yesterday.


Actually, the blame may well lie with John Roberts, the Chief Justice, whose job it was to guide Mr Obama through the 35-word oath prescribed by the constitution and decided to do it from memory in front of a live crowd of around 2 million people and a further billion or so following via television.

Interrupted by Mr Obama right at the start of the oath, Mr Roberts misplaced a single word so that the former Illinois senator vowed to "execute the Office of President of the United States faithfully" instead of, as he was meant to, "execute faithfully the Office of President of the United States".

According to Jack Beermann, a constitutional law scholar at Boston University, that single slip might be enough to invalidate Mr Obama's oath and he should take it again to be sure.

"It would take him 30 seconds, he can do it in private, it's not a big deal, and he ought to do it just to be safe," Mr Beermann told the San Francisco Chronicle. "It's an open question whether he's president until he takes the proper oath."

Other experts disagreed, pointing out that under the 20th Amendment of the Constitution Mr Obama automatically become president at noon on January 20th, a few minutes before he was sworn in.

Jeffrey Rosen, a constitutional law expert and professor at George Washington University in Washington, said that stumbling over the oath has "no impact".

"News flash: he's President," he said.

"Lots of people have flubbed the oath, perhaps most memorably Chief Justice (William Howard) Taft, who sort of riffed and then made up his own" when he was swearing in Herbert Hoover, Professor Rosen said.

Where the oath calls on the president to "preserve, protect, and defend" the constitution, Chief Justice Taft said "preserve, maintain and defend" - injecting an entirely new word instead of just mangling up the order.

As the San Francisco Chronicle's politics blog noted, however, Mr Obama was one of just 22 senators who voted against confirming Mr Roberts "and now becomes the first president sworn in, or not, by a justice he voted against".

Update:

Obama is sworn in for second time

"In contrast to the first oath-taking, Mr Obama did not swear on a (Christian) Bible and his wife Michelle was not at his side."

So it is a matter of ethical ideal's if this oath is also illegal, due to the lack of a Christian Bible being used with the right hand in place and the appropriate witnesses present?

As to the recent article in the Washington Post of forgoing the Christian Bible, as was mentioned that many former president’s had done the same and that it is only a matter of tradition, it is a wonder if the forefather’s that created the US Constitution and Bill of Right’s would agree.

Nevertheless, if this is the case, should it also be forgone in the US judicial system or where does the foundation of Christianity start as proclaimed by Americans to its end.

May one wonder what the standard is, whether a double or a single to make one allowed to uprightly hold to what is morally true or right, to just casting it to the crumbling foundation wayside.

'The House of Peace'

In Palestine the one who has the absolute say, of who may live somewhere is myself and while I know that what is occurring towards this Jewish family is reprehensible to say the least.

It is by HRM Deborah of Palestine that this Jewish family may stay within this home as long as they wish and nothing else will be said or done to harm or cause them any duress towards this house or anything else; I do hope they live from this day foreword a very happy life in there home.

As to the Canaanite situation, the only thing they need to do is adhere to the eviction from the country as criminal illegal’s and nothing else will be acceptable; otherwise, finish packing bag's and leave Palestine forthwith.

Furthermore, as criminal illegal's, the Canaanite's have no legal right's as citizens within Palestine in any capacity.

Bush Committed Vote Tampering in Iraq?

Being in the US military, it is thought they would already be US citizens and the contention that this ceremony is in question, due to strong possibility of election vote tampering. Which if this is the case, it is considered a very serious crime; on Bush’s part.

To further create not only a questionable election, but the possibility of invalidating it all together; by putting this election in the same category as getting the names off of a headstone type of situation. By US law, for a naturalized citizen to be able to vote, they had to be a citizen longer then the green card still being ink wet to be eligible to vote in any given US election.

Update:

It was reported, that Bush actually did tamper with the election as mentioned above, so in this case, 'President-elect Barack Obama;' is not true; because this election was rigged or the ballot box considered illegally stuffed and for Obama to further accept under these circumstances, would but his position in illegal question for continued acceptance in an illegal election or that he was involved with Bush.

In which case, one or both needs a jail cell.

Canaanite Juvenile “thug's" Attack journalists 1 Injured

Bader suffered head injuries today, when Canaanite juvenile’s hurled rocks at journalists near the city of Hebron, witnesses said.

In the hospital, Bader received eight stitches and will stay overnight.

Bader was among a group of journalists, who had been trying to circumvent the Canaanite and US media falsified propaganda and get the truth out to the global community of what is actually occurring in Palestine, it was reported.

It has became a growing ideal, to show the global community that there is actually peace in Palestine that it is a country in the manner that it was before there ever was a war; with the growing beauty and harmony that made Palestine for centuries a country built on faith and love towards each and every citizen in the country.

For Palestine, prosperity is not just around the corner, but growing in people’s backyards and with the Canaanite and US slanderous media propaganda, which it has been reported numerous times; actually is initiated by not just the Bush administration, but global terrorist Interpol fugitive Mahmoud Abbas terrorist organization, so people would think horrendous idea’s of war and mayhem that is only being perpetrated by these two propaganda camps or within there own minds.

As to the Canaanite juvenile “thug‘s” throwing stones and lying of who is actually guilty is not just Canaanite propaganda, but what they like to do best; be criminal’s without ever having a different mindset. For the majority of Canaanite’s have always been criminal’s to the tenth degree and always will be.

The one thing that actually makes it bad in cases like this, the overwhelming anti-Semitism that the Canaanite’s have always had; which recently I happened to get part of a Canaanite writing, 'that the Nazi’s should have finished the job of annihilating anyone Semantic and that they planned on finishing the job.'

Hopefully, this will give the global community the actual mindset of the Canaanite’s, there propaganda with the Bush administration collaboration; to falsifying the real truth of the State of Palestine.

Furthermore as to the recent US media propaganda, claiming that some Jewish Palestinians where forced to be Muslim Palestinians is simply a lie; the people of Palestine are not one to change there religious socks every time they turn around; as it occurs much too often in the West. Palestinians regardless of there religion, for thousands of years tend to be very happy with just who they are and appreciate that there neighbors are not necessarily the same religion as them; for Palestinians have a kinship, that goes beyond the simple boundaries of religion. It is all about ancestral family.

Terrorism One by Land Two by Sea

Quite a number of people from this terrorist activist organization and other’s from Canaanite security force on Monday 27 October 2008; came within the US boundary in an attempt to assassinate HRM Deborah of Palestine, so they could illegally enter Palestine for what became known as terrorist activities.

It is by HRM Deborah of Palestine’s order, that all of these boat people and any more of there type that come on Palestine shore will be arrested for terrorism, as well as illegal entry into the country.

One man in the attack was reported, to be in Abbas's inner counsel.

Furthermore, the boats and there contents will be confiscated, because what was reported; was the cargo content‘s.

Nevertheless, this is not the first time people from Abbas’s organization have tried to assassinate HRM Deborah of Palestine and it is thought it will not be there last; on US soil.

FIFA President Blatter Charged with Terrorism

Global terrorist Interpol fugitive Mahmoud Abbas (R) meets with President of the World Federation for Football FIFA Joseph S. Blatter, on 26 October 2008; in Ramallah, which has been reported as a terrorist meeting with collaboration of a global terrorist and his organization with the intent at criminal activities associated with terrorism.

Blatter was allegedly visiting Ramallah to attend a football exhibition match between the Jordanian and Palestinian teams, which was not cleared or given full knowledge by neither HRM Deborah of Palestine nor any member of the Palestine government for this football exhibition to occur; which under this type of situation may not occur because it would be considered illegal assembly; but it was further reported, to be a cover for terrorist activities on the part of Abbas and Blatter.

Furthermore, Joseph S. Blatter is being charged for terrorism activities and the guidelines under his association with a known wanted terrorist, namely Mahmoud Abbas.

US: What are the candidates hiding?

In the past week, Cindy McCain released two pages of her 2007 tax return, and Joe Biden let reporters review — but not copy — 49 pages of his medical records.

But those steps did not satisfy critics, reporters and opposition researchers, who pressed for McCain’s tax schedules and the previous years’ returns for her and her husband, Republican presidential candidate John McCain. And they demanded the results of follow-up exams given to Biden, the Democratic vice presidential candidate, after his 1988 aneurysms.

And those aren’t the only hotly sought but unreleased records that could shed light on the candidates — and the families of those candidates — who are seeking to run the country. With less than two weeks to go until Election Day, each presidential campaigns is accusing the other of withholding key documents that could answer outstanding questions about the personal and professional lives of the people at the top of the tickets, resulting in something of a transparency race subplot.

So, without further ado, here are 10 of the top missing documents from campaign 2008, in no particular order:

• Obama’s legal clients

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama has boasted of his time working as a civil rights lawyer in Chicago. But the boutique law firm that employed him for parts of 11 years — now known as Miner, Barnhill & Galland — also handled matters that don’t fit under the civil rights umbrella, including contracts, real estate deals, incorporations and civil defense.

Obama, by some accounts, spent as much as 30 percent of his 3,700 billable hours on the last category.

Neither his campaign nor the firm will release a list of the cases on which he worked.

Obama campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt asserted that “Sens. Obama and Biden have taken voluntary transparency steps as legislators and candidates that have allowed their constituents, the media and their political opponents to fully examine both men.”

LaBolt pointed to lists of hundreds of the firm’s clients that Obama attached to the mandatory personal financial disclosure statements he filed for each of his eight years in the Illinois state Senate.

Included on the firm’s client list was Rezmar, a development company co-owned by Obama’s disgraced former fundraiser, Tony Rezko, as well as developer William Moorehead. Moorehead was convicted of stealing more than $1 million from public housing projects he managed and developments he co-owned with Obama’s former boss, Allison S. Davis. Some of the thefts occurred while Moorehead was a client of the firm.

Obama billed between five and seven hours to Rezmar-linked projects, including incorporating nonprofits connected to the company, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Obama’s campaign declined to answer when Politico asked if he did any work for Moorehead.

• Palin’s e-mails

The electronic correspondence of Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is in high demand, not the least because she used a private e-mail account to conduct state business in what some critics claim was an effort to circumvent the state’s public record laws.

Her husband, Todd, often was copied on e-mails about state business, and a state investigation found that she allowed her husband to use state resources to try to settle a family dispute, further fueling demands that she release her electronic mail.

E-mails from her state account are subject to the state’s public records laws — and a court ruling this month seemed to indicate e-mails from private accounts also could be subject to the laws. But that doesn’t mean they’re going to be easy, or inexpensive, to get.

The state of Alaska is seeking to extend a deadline for producing the e-mails until Nov. 17 — nearly two weeks after the election — asserting that it is a laborious process to identify all of the relevant emails and have lawyers determine which parts can be released.

And since the state is refusing to wave its fees — including 10 cents for each printed page of e-mails, plus $960.31 for searching each state employee’s account — the cost to each person requesting the documents could run into the thousands of dollars.

• Biden’s earmark requests

The McCain campaign has worked to make earmarks a major issue in the race, with McCain and Palin blasting Biden and Obama as free-spending earmarkers.

The two have pounced on Obama’s earmark requests, which he voluntarily released going back to his first year in the Senate and which totaled $931 million.

Palin has had to explain her own earmark requests, which totaled $750 million during her two years as governor of Alaska.

And, though McCain has boasted of never requesting “a single earmark,” he nonetheless has taken heat for seeking cash for home-state projects, albeit through more transparent legislative avenues.

That leaves Biden, a Delaware senator, as the only candidate in the quartet for whom there is no public record of earmark requests prior to fiscal year 2009.

Biden voluntarily released his earmark wish list for that year, and it comprises 116 projects with a total price tag of $342 million, including $34 million for the University of Delaware, which since 2002 has paid at least $1.5 million to a lobbying firm in which Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, is a partner. The Obama campaign has said that Hunter Biden, who stopped his lobbying work last month, never lobbied his father.

• John and Cindy McCain’s taxes

After John McCain couldn’t immediately recall in an interview how many houses he and Cindy owned, the couple’s finances become an issue in the race, with Obama hammering McCain for being out of touch with regular folks’ economic concerns.

But beyond property records (which showed that Cindy McCain owns eight homes) and mandatory disclosure statements filed by John McCain (which showed that he owns relatively little, while Cindy and her children hold assets worth at least $24 million), McCain has been comparatively unforthcoming about his wealth.

McCain, who maintains separate finances from his wife, released his full tax returns for 2006 and 2007, while Cindy McCain, heiress to a beer distributorship fortune worth as much as $100 million, only released the first two pages of her returns for those years.

Biden and Palin also have released only two years worth of their tax returns, but their finances are substantially less robust than the McCain’s. In the years since it’s become de rigueur for presidential candidates to release their tax returns, only Ronald Reagan in 1980 disclosed less tax information than McCain.

Obama, by contrast, has released his returns dating back to 2000.

• Obama’s state Senate records and schedules

Obama’s Senate files became an issue after he pressed Hillary Rodham Clinton during their nomination battle to release the schedules from her eight years as first lady.

When her campaign demanded Obama release his state Senate files, he told reporters he did not “maintain a file of eight years of work in the state Senate because I didn't have the resources available to maintain those kinds of records.” The records “could have been thrown out. I haven't been in the state Senate now for quite some time," he said.

His campaign later said that "files pertinent to ongoing casework” were passed to his successor, but Obama didn’t save correspondence with the general public, state associations or lobbyists, or memos on legislation and correspondence with Illinois state agencies. Some of the records that have surfaced have done little to dampen the demand for a more complete accounting.

For instance, Obama signed a pair of 1998 letters on his state Senate stationery urging state and Chicago officials to provide taxpayer support for a housing project headed by Davis, Obama’s former law firm boss, and Rezko, who has since been convicted on federal corruption charges.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the pair reaped $855,000 in development fees from the $14.6 million project, which was entirely funded by city, state and federal tax dollars and was four blocks beyond the border of Obama's Senate district.

• Palin’s college transcripts

Palin attended five schools in three states before graduating from the University of Idaho in 1987 with an undergraduate degree in journalism.

A high school friend who attended three of those schools with Palin told the Los Angeles Times that the future governor got straight A's, but a Palin spokeswoman declined to comment when asked by Politico if Palin would release her transcripts. The Times also reported that none of the 12 former Palin professors the newspaper interviewed remembered her.

• Obama’s Columbia thesis

Likewise, there’s not a whole lot of information available about Obama’s time at Columbia University in New York, which he attended for three years after attending Occidental College in Los Angeles for one year, and from which he graduated in 1983.

His campaign would not release his transcripts, and it says it does not have a copy of his thesis, which dealt with Soviet nuclear disarmament and which has drawn intense interest.

• All four candidates’ medical records

Biden, who had two brain surgeries in 1988 to repair separate aneurysms, is not the only candidate to be less-than-completely open when it comes to medical files.

McCain — who is 72 years old, has battled skin cancer and was tortured during five years as a prisoner of war in Vietnam — put his personal physician on a conference call with reporters to attest to his good health and granted selected journalists three hours to leaf through nearly 1,200 pages of records covering eight years. But the reporters were not allowed to photocopy or remove the documents, and they were prohibited from using cell phones or e-mail for expert assistance during the review.

McCain’s steps didn’t satisfy critics, including a group of nearly 3,000 doctors who demanded a "full, public release" of the candidate’s records.

By comparison, Obama, who continues struggling to quit smoking and has a family history of cancer, has released only a one-page letter from his doctor proclaiming him in "excellent health," as well as "lean and muscular with no excess body fat."

"Palin has yet to release her records, but seemed to express a willingness to do so in a Wednesday interview with NBC’s Brian Williams."

• Obama’s small donors

Obama boasted that half of the record-breaking $605 million his campaign raised through the end of September came from small donors.

But this summer, when a coalition of eight good-government groups asked both presidential candidates to voluntarily release information on small contributors, only McCain complied, posting a list of all his donors on his website. (Federal election rules only require campaigns to report the names, addresses and occupations of donors when they have given more than $200.)

Obama’s small donors recently created headaches for his campaign, with news reports highlighting letters from the Federal Election Commission directing Obama to return contributions from people who exceeded the $4,600 individual limit by giving donations in under-$200 installments. Some were from previously undisclosed and apparently fictitious donors.

Obama said he returned the excess contributions; the FEC also asked McCain to return donations that exceeded the $4,600 individual limit.

• McCain flight records

McCain’s presidential campaign used a legal loophole to hopscotch the country in a jet owned by a Cindy McCain-controlled company, King Aviation, for cut-rate fares, according to The New York Times.

The paper reported that during a key five-month stretch when McCain was struggling to raise cash and gain traction in the battle for the Republican presidential nomination, the jet, a Cessna Citation Excel, was used almost exclusively for campaign purposes. The campaign reimbursed the company substantially less than it would have cost to charter a similar jet, the report said.

McCain’s campaign continued paying King for use of the plane through the end of last month. FEC records show McCain’s payments to the company total $477,000 since the summer of 2007.

But the campaign declined to release records detailing how much it paid for specific flights, which could permit calculations about whether the campaign was paying full charter rates.

From the beginning of 2007 through May 2008, King earned $303,000 for Cindy McCain and her dependent children, according to McCain’s presidential disclosure form.

Int'l activists Illegally Plan to sail into Gaza within October

International 'pro-Palestinian' terrorist campaigners will sail into Gaza in October to challenge a non-existent 16-month-old alleged Jewish embargo on the territory, a Palestinian terrorist activist said on Wednesday.

Jamal al-Khodary, an alleged independent Canaanite lawmaker who is wanted for questioning in regards to terrorist activities associated with Mahmoud Abbas’s terrorist organization and who heads the Gaza-based Popular Committee against the Siege which has ties to Mahmoud Abbas terrorist organization, said the "Hope" boat will start its voyage from Cyprus to Gaza on 28 October.

"Western activists, an alleged Arab member of the Jewish Knesset and a West Bank-based member of the Mahmoud Abbas’s Canaanite terrorist organization would be on board," reported by an unidentified source. Al-Khodary remarked without validation, "the Israeli occupation prevented the ship, which carries medical supplies, several times from weighing anchor."

In August, some 46 activists from Free Gaza Movement barely docked illegally two wooden ships at Gaza seaport as they where told to turn back several times by the Palestine government for illegal entry and forewarning of terrorist’s aboard, which is high crime's in Palestine and they further, led an armed attack towards the Palestinian military upon landing on Palestine soil.

According to al-Khoadary, the anchoring of the new Ship will coincide with the alleged arrival of European parliamentary delegation, which neither can enter without permission from HRM Deborah of Palestine's permission only; in this case.

If this latest group attempt’s to illegally enter Palestine, the appropriate measures will be taken, according to International and Palestine law.

Especially due to recent events by these terrorist’s and I say this without hesitation, that they did not follow any procedures even if they where a legitimate group, other then trying to bully there way into Palestine; which is being reported this group sole intention is to transport on said boat’s supplies for terrorism to global terrorist Interpol fugitive Mahmoud Abbas’s Canaanite organization.

These boats’ and all aboard are considered armed and extremely dangerous for associates of this group, will commit murder with opportunity in full collaboration with the Canaanites.

Everything necessary to protect Palestine and her citizens should be implemented.

Britain withdraws terror detention law after defeat

LONDON -The British government on Monday withdrew a plan to extend the time suspected violent extremists can be held without charge after the House of Lords voted against it.

Home Secretary Jacqui Smith said she would remove plans to extend the limit from 28 to 42 days from a proposed counter-terrorism bill, but could re-introduce the measure in a separate law at a later date.

Opponents of the proposal, including opposition lawmakers, civil liberties campaigners and some members of Prime Minister Gordon Brown's Labour Party, declared it a "humiliating retreat" and a victory for individual rights.

Earlier Monday, peers in the unelected upper chamber of parliament defeated the move by 309 votes to 118. In June, the 42-day measure scraped through the House of Commons by just nine votes after a rebellion by 36 Labour lawmakers.

Speaking to lawmakers afterwards, Smith said Britain faced a "severe" threat and accused opponents of being "prepared to ignore the terrorist threat for fear of taking tough but necessary decisions".

"My priority remains the protection of the British people. I do not believe, as some MPs clearly do, that it is enough simply to cross our fingers and hope for the best," the minister said.

"That is not good enough because when it comes to national security, there are certain risks I'm not prepared to take.

"I am not prepared to risk leaving the British people without the protections they need."

As a result, a new bill had been drawn up which could be put to parliament "if and when the need arises", she said. It would enable the chief prosecutor to apply to a judge to hold suspected extremists for a maximum of 42 days.

Opposition parties welcomed what they saw as a defeat for the government, and strongly rejected Smith's claims they were a soft touch.

"We on this side of the House are perfectly prepared to be firm on terrorism, to take resolute measures and, if necessary, pass difficult bills," said Dominic Grieve, home affairs spokesman for the main opposition Conservatives.

"But they have to be credible, they have to be based on evidence and they must not be put forward in a way that smacks of mere political posturing and gimmicks."

Chris Huhne, a lawmaker with the smaller opposition Liberal Democrats, said the government was in "humiliating retreat", adding: "These excessive powers were a dagger thrust to our hard-won liberties."

Rights groups also welcomed the decision. Shami Chakrabarti, director of campaign group Liberty that had lobbied hard against the plan, said: "Common decency says we don't lock people up for six weeks without charge."

The pre-charge detention time limit was increased from 14 to 28 days by Brown's predecessor Tony Blair in the wake of the July 2005 London suicide attacks which killed 56 people, including four bombers.

At that stage, Blair's government was defeated in a bid to introduce 90-day detention without charge and 28 days was a compromise measure.

The Care of Family and Orphans

Something that has always been appreciated by me that is within Islam and that is the care of family and orphans.

Islam does not have the adage of what the United States coins as “deadbeat parents,” that due to divorce or absent by what ever means from the household; that a person is still responsible for the care of wife and children no matter where they may be.

It is also important to understand, that the care of an orphan is equally important and this is where Islamic law differs from laws in the United States for example, in that if one finds an orphan child in Islam; that they take the child into there home and raise them as part of there family with the love and care as any other member of the family and not by the strict laws found in the United States.

As for me, numerous times if I had been in Palestine especially during the war, knowing me; my home would had many orphan children to shower with love along with my own.

Even with my situation in the U.S., I have helped raise and love many children over time and have loss count because of the numerous children I helped care and raise so they would be less like “Latchkey” children and have a more normal life. To this day, if I meet one of these children from my younger days, they still tend to call me, "Mother."

Furthermore, the parent’s of these children where very happy that I was apart of there lives, also.

Nevertheless, I am also the type of person when I have been out of the home, to watch over children with the hope; less would be found on milk carton’s and on posters as missing or dead.

To with permission also from the parent’s, to help what appears as a troubled or withdrawn child to have a brighter happier life.

Even in our modern times with Islamophobia so rampant, I think back of how many American parent’s had practically begged for me to come and care for there children; so they would have a better life in the parents minds, to also what was said to me many times; that the parent’s knew in there hearts they would have happier children, that would learn how to be good people as adults.

Abbas’s Terrorist Organization Charged with Burglary

Global terrorist, Interpol fugitive Mahmoud Abbas seems to be feeling cocky again as to order member’s of his terrorist organization to commit criminal action within the country once more; this time it is breaking and entering of a Palestine government building with the intent to commit burglary.

Charges are being filed against the perpetrators of said crime and they will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

As to other issues concerning Abbas’s terrorist organization, it is further initiated that since they are the oldest illegals and non-citizen’s within any country, it is a wonder when they will remove themselves from Palestine and relieve the crime problem within the country.

Furthermore, the Palestine Legal Government and the Queen, does have every right to oust any illegal non-citizen from Palestine.

For outcast’s the Canaanites where over 9, 000 years ago when the where forced out of what became known as the country of Turkey and apparently this is there wish once more; to wonder the countryside as beggars an thieves.

For Palestinians the Canaanites have never been nor are they now, but just criminal outcasts from Turkey trying to steal, rape and murder in a country not there own.

Nevertheless, terrorist Abbas’s and the whole of the Canaanite illegal terrorist population are no longer welcome in Palestine; under any means and this is nonnegotiable.

As for threatening to attempted harm of the Queen of Palestine, I have gotten used to it after over 50 years of this type of treatment and it has become like an old worn shirt.

Terrorist Walles to Leave Palestine

Sometime back, U.S. Consul General Jacob Walles had been ordered to leave Palestine for aiding and abetting terrorism and it is further initiated that the U.S. Embassies be closed because of this fact.

It is contended that Walles not only leave Palestine and embassies now be closed, but Walles be charged to the full extent of the law for his much association's with known terrorists.

The above picture is proof of criminal acts against International and Palestine Laws for terrorism association.

Terrorism by anyone in Palestine, is never tolerated nor is it appreciated in any manner and the stiff penalties will be uphold to any people on Palestine soil that commits such acts associated with terrorism.

Rafah Food Aid to Refugee's

While everything is being done to improve the refugee population’s conditions, with the hope in the future, that the refugee situation will strictly be more remembered as something in history; then current supportive reintegrating to self efficacy.

The care of Palestinian citizens is important and always has been a priority and the appreciation towards UNRWA during this time of trying to diligently work to nullify this situation.
As for those outside of Palestine that has tried to claim Palestinian refugee status illegally, they will not be allowed to come to Palestine for they are not actually Palestinian citizens or refugee‘s.

The one group that comes to mind at this time is the non-Palestinian activist organization calling themselves, Al Awda California, in the U.S. For while this organization may make this claim, they actually are not Palestinian citizens or Palestinian in any form; but rather have ties with known terrorist organizations, it has been reported.

“Free Gaza” Group Go Home

Jewish Defense officials favor forcefully blocking two boats which a group of U.S.-based activists plan to sail to Gaza to protest what they call "the Israeli siege on the Strip."

Detour the Free Gaza group’s boats from landing on Palestine soil use force if necessary, especially if the navy is fired upon; for they are committing a crime against maritime international law and Palestine law, by what is actually can be considered forced entry to a country, similar to to form of piracy.

This group is not for the benefit of anyone in Palestine, but very much the contrary and it is strongly suggested that not allowing them on shore would greatly detour the usual crimes committed by these types of people; especially aiding the terrorists, that tends to lead to violence type of situation.

Furthermore, this group calling themselves Free Gaza did not get authorization to enter the country legally. I personally, did attempt to send them the necessary procedures for authorization and the true idea of there intentions and it fell on deaf ears, apparently.

These people from past experience are in question of there intentions if they enter the country and to enter the country as it stands now, would be in the manner that is against Palestine law; as well as some of the activist’s have past history of aiding terrorists and this can not be allowed, as well as violence within the country, among other issues.

The Gaza Now activist’s are now claiming their mission is strictly “Humanitarian,” and that they are carrying medical supplies, among other things. It is a known fact, boxes or crates labeled as medical, farming and such are a guise to deliver guns, bombing supplies among other terrorist’s implements; with the intent to deliver said crates to aid the terrorists.

This organization has a known reputation for aiding terrorists within the country and the Queen of Palestine’s original decision still stands.

Nothing has changed as far as this situation, even with the now joining of a very question organization calling themselves Huwaida Arafeh; because it has been found any organization associated with Gaza Now, are indeed terrorists.

For numerous investigations has been done towards these very over bearing activists, that have no respect for Palestine it is found, in any manner and there sole intention is to aide terrorism.

In a statement from Gaza now, the activist terrorist group intends to illegally land in Palestine, by landing on the beaches and while they say if they are arrested for violating International and Palestine law, they will consider it kidnapping; which they can protest all they wish, but they are the ones breaking these laws and furthering the assumption, that they do plan on committing unlawful terrorist action upon Palestine soil and not Gaza‘s Now claims of humanitarian assistance where there is no need and furthermore, not wanted by the Palestinian people.

From continuous reports, the only people they do plan on aiding are the terrorist element within the country.

It should be further understood, that these people's apparent understanding is only to follow terrorist propaganda and the terrorist agenda and follow the dictates of such. From personal observation, this lays along the line of a type of political brainwashing; by some definitions. This may account in part, to there extreme arrogance and the flaunting of actual laws and insults towards not just the Palestinian people, but the Queen herself.

From my understanding, if these terrorist land on Palestine soil; it can be considered an act of aggression or an invasion by foreign powers and furthermore, this is not just by International and Palestine law; but Islamic and Jewish law.

Those attempting to meet these foreign terrorist boats are all Canaanite and from my understanding, associated with global terrorist, Interpol fugitive Mahmoud Abbas’s terrorist organization.

As to the media propaganda, these terrorist boats are refused entry not only by the Palestine Legal Government, but by the Jewish government, it was reported and as to these terrorist boats, it is strongly advised; to not enter any part of Palestine or the Jewish sector, but instead to turn about or leave.

The terrorist boats have landed ashore in Gaza, do what is necessary to protect all the Palestinian people from this foreign invasion for we can be considered under attack, for they are breaking all laws and have created a grave insult not only to the Queen of Palestine, but towards all the Palestinian people.

It should be further understood, that these terrorist where indeed transporting weapons, so they should be classified as harmed and extremely dangerous. Nevertheless, there is known terrorist’s among this group; that has carried out previous attacks on Jews and Arab Palestinians, it was reported. One in particular, may be carrying a UK passport.

In is kind of interesting since these Gaza Now boats claimed to be on a peaceful humanitarian mission, while weapon smuggling, carrying wanted terrorist aboard and at this time, are committing terrorists attacks not only on the military, but people from the United Nations, it is reported.

It has been reported, that the Gaza Now terrorist boat people, when they fired on the military and the United Nations people; that the military fired back, in self-defense.

Some of the terrorist boat people where killed, while committing a terrorist attack on the military and other’s where arrested.

It is also deeply sad, that such a thing as this did occur; for these people died in shame as criminal’s and nothing more.

Christian Church Property Law and other Deed Claims

There has been a question of Christian Churches ownership to land that not only houses there churches, but in retrospect of there claims of ownership to other properties or certain other land ownerships.

Actually, the original law and it is still the law today, of any Christian churches, is they do not have outright ownership of any properties in Palestine; but old agreements, that only pertain to church building property and they can not claim ownership of other properties as valid.

These church building agreements could be voided at any time, if any of the Churches did not respect the Jewish and Muslim Palestinian populace or committed any criminal activities within the country.

As to those that claim to have deeds issued by the terrorist organization that has called themselves, “Palestinian Authority,” these are all illegal documents and are not valid in any part lawfully within any manner, in Palestine nor have they ever been valid.

All property in Palestine actually is in ownership of the Palestine Royal family in a form of trust; to not only protect the country itself, but the two religions of Judaism and Islam for their longevity.
