Will Nazi War Criminal Milivoj Asner Escape Justice?

Efraim Zuroff (C) director of the Simon Wiesenthal Center (SWC) talks with Raimund Fastenbauer (R) Secretary-General of the Federal Association of the Jewish Religious Communities in Austria and Ariel Musicant (L) the president of the Viennese Jewish community before holding a press conference on 26 June 2008 in Vienna.

Austrian prosecutors are still examining psychiatric reports that say alleged Croatian Nazi war criminal Milivoj Asner is unfit to be questioned.

The Simon Wiesenthal Center and the media have questioned the validity of the findings and accused Austrian authorities of protecting former Nazi war criminals.

Asner is accused of having organized the deportation of Serbs, Jews and gypsies to Nazi concentration camps, where most of them died.

Milivoj Asner is even wanted by Interpol, under the war crimes act.

Under the circumstances, inshaallah he is brought to justice.

One thing I have always believed in is upholding the law, especially in cases of murder.
