Iraqi Sunni Muslims Demonstrate Over Us Murdered Martyr

Iraqi Sunni Muslims demonstrate on 25 October 2008, in Fallujah to protest against the killing of one of their member by the US troops yesterday; during a raid in town on 24 October.

A leading Iraqi Sunni political bloc, said it is breaking ties with US forces in the former rebel bastion of Fallujah after troops killed one of its members.

But the American military as their usual type of cover-up said, US and Iraqi troops killed an armed man who fired on them during an operation to arrest a suspected 'terrorist.'

Update:

Iraq's largest Sunni party has suspended official contacts with U.S. military personnel, after the killing of a man near Fallujah.

The Iraqi Islamic Party accused the raid of having a “hidden political motive” in an indication of rising tensions in Anbar province ahead of provincial elections, due to be held by the end of January.

This also comes with a stream of heated accusation’s towards the Sunni party, by some US government officials; published in some US media accounts.
