Mazel Tov Peres for Receiving Honorary Doctorate From King's College

Jewish President Shimon Peres speaks at the Sheldonian Theatre of Balliol College, Oxford University's largest college, on 18 November 2008; in Oxford, England. The 1994 Nobel Peace Prize winner is in on three-day state visit in which he will be knighted and received an honorary degree from Kings College.
