A Very Warm Welcome to these Yemen Families
Ten Yemeni Jews moved to the country, after a murder and a series of attacks sparked fear among their small community.
Among the new immigrants who landed at Ben Gurion international airport was Said Ben Yisrael (background), who heads the Jewish community in Raydah in Amran province; which is home to the majority of Yemeni Jews, a tiny population that totals around 400.
I am deeply saddened by what happened to those in the Jewish community in Yemen and wish everyone a very happy life, in Palestine.-HRM Deborah
