PA foreign ministry: IOF troops committing war crimes

Gaza - The PA foreign ministry has charged that the IOF troops' brutalities in northern Gaza Strip over the past five days constituted war crimes that necessitated world intervention to halt the atrocities.

The ministry in a statement on Sunday asked the UN to activate its charter that stipulated sparing civilians in times of war and to act immediately to bridle the "Israeli death machine".

The FM also lashed out at the US state department for finding excuses for the Israeli massacres, describing it as "outright collusion with the Israeli crimes".

The statement said that the IOF invasion of the northern Gaza Strip was a failed attempt to cover up for the IOF defeats.

Outlining the streak of murder and destruction over the past five days that resulted in the killing so far of more than 50 Palestinians and the injury of more than 220 others, the ministry urged the Arab League to live up to its responsibility in deterring the IOF bloody attacks.
