Abbas and the 2008 Budget

Fatah terrorist Mahmoud Abbas’s approval of the 2008 budget, when he has no authority, is not possible because it does not go through him and this is a case of impersonating a government and is fraud.
The budget actually goes through the Palestine legal government.
In this particular case if Abbas, is trying to make people believe he is doing this or trying, is just another criminal charge to add to the rest of his charge sheet.
