Guilty of Premeditated Murder

A Palestinian youth stands near posters of jailed Lebanese prisoner Samir Kintar (Qintar) in the West Bank city of Ramallah on 22 April 2008.

Kintar (Qintar) was found guilty of the murder of a Jewish man and his child.

Kintar has served a 30 years jail sentence so far. It is thought; he probably got a life sentence in Jewish court without the possibility of parole, for this type of heinous crime.

The penalty for premeditated murder is usually execution.

Furthermore, Kintar is also considered a danger to society.
