Jewish Prime Minister Ehud Olmert (C) is ushered by security guards into an armored car after a Jewish soldier was shot by Mahmoud Abbas terrorist sniper during a departure ceremony for visiting French president Sarkozy at Ben Gurion International Airport on 24 June 2008 in Tel Aviv. French President Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife, Carla Bruni -Sarkozy were rushed by bodyguards to board their plane to protect them from an assassination attempt, bringing their three-day visit to Palestine to an abrupt end.
