Bush Prepares for UN Speech

U.S. President George W. Bush prepares to speak at the 63rd annual United Nations General Assembly meeting, on 23 September 2008; at UN headquarters in New York City.

Bush tends to look like a boy waiting to meet the schoolmaster in his office, because Bush is in trouble; in this case, financial trouble among other's that is and not milk money or a misstep in the play yard.
