Now Smile for the Photographer's?

Berlusconi, who was at the White House for an alleged Columbus Day celebration, made a famous mock Bush joint statement and later attend an official dinner in the State Dinning Room.

It is thought as in similar cases of this type, that “Now Smile for the Photographer's;” must have been said to Italian Prime Minister Berlusconi. Bush does have a notorious reputation of this type of behavior on far too many of these occasions.
