The Handicapped are People too

Just because a person happens to have a handicapped child or relative there is no stigma or shame that a person has some type of handicap, for Allah made them special.

From my experience, I have found people with different types of handicaps to have the abilities to do sometimes, amazing things; even though they may not always be able to do exactly what one may expect of them.

Nevertheless, no one should ever abuse or mistreat another person; for Allah made everyone unique in there own way.- HRM Deborah

Will the New Orleans Levees hold?

A man works on covering windows with plywood in preparation for a possible evacuation from the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans August 28 in New Orleans, Louisiana. New Orleans is preparing for Tropical Storm Gustav on the eve of the third anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.

by HRM Deborah

As for some areas of New Orleans the levee’s have not been rebuilt, other area’s the levee situation is in inadequate was a remark made by the Corp of Engineer’s yesterday on a live news report that is constantly being splashed across New Orleans air ways, along with the strong possibility of mandatory evacuation of all resident’s with the hope of no loss of life this time; as was the estimated death toll of over 18,000, during Hurricane Katrina.

Nevertheless, as some resident’s have already left and today is the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina hitting landfall; as for Gustav it is still a wait and see if this hurricane will hit, what the damage will be if any or how many lives maybe lost this time around.

It is a hope that Gustav not come to New Orleans this time around and for those that do evacuate it is more of a small vacation, than another time of broken memories and shedding tears for lost loved ones.

As for the levee repairs that have been done, it is some opinion’s; that it is a more of a cross one’s finger’s for luck and hope these hold idea.

As to the many people concerned towards my welfare with the impeding disaster of Gustav, please do not worry; Allah protected us through Hurricane Katrina and I am sure Allah will do the same this time.

Something else that happened to came to mind and I have said this for years, a person can never have too few adventures in life or life get’s a bit dull, for they can be anything and I say this with a smile. For what may seem for some people a bad situation, doesn’t necessarily have to be so.

Keep atmosphere calm for Gov't to let it perform duties - Emami Kashani

29 August 2008

Tehran(Friday Prayer)-KashaniProvisional Friday Prayer leader of Tehran said here Friday under sensitive world conditions, we need to keep the atmosphere calm and refrain from crisis making so that our government would manage to perform its duties.

According to an IRNA Political Desk reporter, addressing thousands of Tehrani worshipers at central campus of Tehran University, Ayatollah Mohammad Emami Kashani after commemorating the Government Week, referred to the various viewpoints expressed on government's performance.

He added in his second Friday Prayer sermon, "In a country with a seventy million strong population hearing such comments is natural, but let them be within the framework of proper criticism, free from aggressive and destroying tendencies."

This week's Friday preacher of Tehran further commemorated the martyrs of government, late President Mohammad Ali Rajaei and late Prime Minister Mohammad Javad Bahonar, referring to them as symbols of resistance, selflessness, and tireless efforts.

Elsewhere in his sermon, Ayatollah Emami Kashani referred to the convening of the 4th Leadership Experts Assembly in recent days, reiterating, "The Experts Assembly is ever ready for defense and safeguarding of the revolution's values, so that the fundamentals and truths would not get lost and the revolution would not be diverted from its right path."

Referring to the presence of over 80 representatives of the people at the Leadership Experts Assembly, he said, "No where else in the world such highly learned, pious people are gathered at an assembly, but alas, due to negative propagation of the enemies and pollution of the atmosphere that assembly has not been properly introduced in Iran and abroad."

Member of the Expediency Council and the Leadership Assembly focussing on Iran's negotiations with the 5+1 group, advised the Western countries not to disturb the atmosphere, since the Iranian leadership and nation would resist against any threat, military pressure and sanctions, defending its rights.

He emphasized, "Iran would suffice to nothing short of taking scientific usage of the nuclear energy for peaceful purposes." The interim Friday preacher of Tehran also noted that August 29th marks the anniversary of Imam Moussa Sadr's suspicious disappearance, expressing hope that he is still alive and God would keep that exalted personality to serve the Islamic World.

Abbas a Minnow in the Big Pond

by HRM Deborah

It is always kind of humorous to me of global terrorist, Interpol fugitive Mahmoud Abbas jet setting about the globe trying to get a government representative’s or other’s to do as he wishes on any policy having to do with Palestine, when he has absolutely no voice on any issue concerning Palestine nor has he ever had.

What is more interesting is Abbas is rattling his head these days without full knowledge of anything going on around him.

Abbas always reminds me of the little fish in a big pond that dreams of being a big fish in a little pond; but nevertheless, is still a minnow in the big pond.

As to Abbas always claiming he need’s fund’s for different issue’s which is to further his terrorist activities in actuality or more nest egg in his bank account, while most people knows his banking situation is very healthy; that it further looks clumsy of him to be jet setting for nonsense and then complain he is poor.

Just think about it?

by HRM Deborah

In these times, the world has the largest population that has ever been seen in history and while some people find it necessary to fight over comforts, what most people are forgetting that people need the basic necessities which usually include food, water, shelter and clothing above anything else; because this is survival of humanity.

With the population situation as it is, people should find the charity within there heart, to help and care for each other; then find ways to create anger, war and mistrust; because emotions such as this, creates a disharmony in the world that no one actually needs, especially, with not just the environmental situation changing rapidly, but every factor upon the earth; at this time.

As to these comfort items, in the direction the world is going, they very well may not be there at all in the future and then what are people going to argue about?

Mankind was met to help each other and create harmony throughout the world, not what we are more seeing today, with the wars, to some people biting at the heels of other’s; because they do not think they are getting the biggest share of the pie.

Furthermore, no one is better then the next person, but one needs to take the initiative to understand this fact and do the right thing towards each other or everyone will eventually be the looser.

Nevertheless, this comes to mind as a good example especially at this time, with the possibility of Hurricane Gustav maybe hitting landfall and the possibility of loosing my home again and to the factor of what it was like being a refugee of sorts when Hurricane Katrina hit and what it came down too was just the basic necessities of survival and with the comforts; what in actuality, if all of a sudden the comforts are all washed away, in a moment.

Just think about it?

Palestinians attend a summer camp activity sponsored by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in Gaza City, on 24 August 2008.

Many children have found relief at summer camps operated by the UNRWA, which provides essential humanitarian aid to Gaza's one million registered refugees.

Looks as though everyone is having a happy time and it is so nice that United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) is so kind to have the Summer Camps, to John Barnes being a delight and bringing much happiness, also.- HRM Deborah

Blood on the Face

The Canaanite idol for Baal worship, which was found to be a form of Demon worship and is condemned by Allah (God).

By HRM Deborah

There is something I had forgotten for a little time, but was reminded of recently, of how the Canaanites in history; would walk through the blood of dead people, especially those they had murdered like they were walking in a water puddle.

In turn, they would dip there hands in the blood and smear it on there faces, until the blood dripped from there arms and face like water from that water puddle and I am finding throughout the centuries in a matter of speaking, the Canaanites, who are now in our modern day the terrorists in Palestine; by way of global terrorist, Interpol fugitive Mahmoud Abbas‘s organization, have not changed one bit.

Something people may not realize, but when the true Palestinians learned of this, along with the Canaanites blatant disregard for Allah (God), to the Canaanites numerous forms of idolatry for example Baal (Demon) worship; the true Palestinians where horrified that such people as this where in the world and over time, the true Palestinians became watchful of the Canaanites barbarism and idolatry staying far away from these types of Harams (sins) due in part because of the destructive magnitude by Allah (God) and the horrific nature of things such as this.
To even write something of this nature, is a reminder of who the Canaanites actually are; among other gruesome qualities of these people through time.

Muslim Palestinian Students Start Academic Year

Muslim Palestinian students listen to their teacher at a secondary school in the village of Tuqu’a, near Bethlehem, on the first day of the Palestinian academic year, on 24 August 2008.

According to the UNICEF, 80 per cent of school age Muslim children in Palestine attend school.

As to the Queen of Palestine’s idea, it should be 100 per cent attendance of school age children; within the country.

For education makes better citizens and creates a better outlook on life and gives better professional opportunities for a students future.
One thing about knowledge, it is something that one carries there whole life, especially knowledge, which makes good people; for this turns into wisdom.

Also something about knowledge, it is not just learned in a classroom or at home, but in one’s daily life experiences; for often times, this is when Allah teaches or gives sometimes the hard tests.

These tests by Allah can be greeted with happiness, hardships or tears; but this is just apart of life.- HRM Deborah

Paul McCartney to play Tel Aviv after 43 Years Beatle Ban

24 August 2008

The former lead singer of the Beatles, Sir Paul McCartney, has announced his plans to come to Palestine to perform next month.

The celebrated rock star will arrive in Palestine as part of a world tour, and will give a single concert at Tel Aviv's Park Hayarkon on 25 September.

McCartney was scheduled to perform in Palestine some 43 years ago with the Beatles, the legendary band of which he was a founding member.

But Jewish government officials banned them from appearing in 1965.

They refused to grant the necessary permits, citing concerns that the tousled-haired British band and its strident, amplified music could corrupt the morals of Jewish youth.

McCartney's manager Barry Marshall reportedly confirmed his arrival a few days ago, and approved the venue even though it does not include 250,000 seats, which is the singer's standard requirement.

The audience might be deterred by the ticket prices, which have yet to be determined but are likely to add up to several hundreds of shekels. This has been the case with other international rock stars, like Bjork and Leonard Cohen, who were scheduled to perform in Palestine this summer but had to cancel due to poor ticket sales.

Furthermore, as to the Queen of Palestine's idea of this situation, it should be understood, that even she refused to listen to some of the music by the Beatles at the height of their career; do to the fact even she did not consider it a good influence. It is hoped, that Sir Paul McCartney would follow the countries moral guidelines.
