Palestinians Honor Palestinian Prime Minister Haniyeh

Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, the month of fasting during which Muslims tend to spend much time in celebration, prayers, visiting martyrs graves usually family or other loved ones such as friends, visiting with much special foods to eat, also the wearing of new clothes and the giving of gifts especially of charity to the poor such as clothing, money and food.

Eid al-Fitr is one of those times, when Muslims share gifts and other wonderful things with love and friendship towards neighbors; regardless of who they maybe.

Palestine PM Haniyeh No Disrespect to Arab League

The following has to do with false statements not made by Palestine Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh, in regards to the Arab League.

Palestine Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh has not complained about anti-Palestinian scheme of the Arab states and certain fabricated statement’s made towards the Jewish people, which are not only false; but against the policy of the Palestine government.

As to PM Haniyeh making the remarks about “Arab League had been ready to dispatch forces to the Gaza Strip during their recent meeting," no statement is also known, but that it is not necessarily for the Arab League to dispatch any forces into any part of Palestine; out of due respect to the League that their presence is not needed.

There is also no oppression problem that is apparently claimed between the Jewish and Arab Palestinian people, but very much to the contrary. Relations between these two groups are not only pressing foreword in unity, but everything is being very good in the relations between the two religions.

Not only has there been a ceasefire since March 2008, but a full Armistice Agreement for the State of Palestine, was signed 14 March 2008, between the Palestinian and Jewish people; HRM Deborah of Palestine did the negotiations between her people and the Jewish people with all due respect towards the two parties in question, with her understanding.

The State of Palestine is doing very good since the war is over, the only problem that the whole of Palestine has, is the terrorist organization with the leadership of Mahmoud Abbas; that is in collaboration with U.S. under the Bush Administration at this time.

It is hoped this clears the air of any misunderstandings between the Palestine government and the Arab League.

Finally, as to bringing a situation such as this to the Queens attention, the parties have her gratitude.

Haniyeh sought to calm tensions with Egypt following a series of clashes between Egyptian Police and stone throwing protesters yesterday, in an effort to keep the Rafah crossing open.

It is very agreeable to keep Rafah crossing open, even after the recent terrorist attack as of yesterday, under one condition and one can almost be sure at this time that Egypt would agree; to keep security in place even with the crossing open until the terrorist problem in Palestine is secure.

A Reminder of Anger

This is the only tomb within the Dome of the rock and it is blasphemy to Allah by being there and I do request its removal immediately as well as the Dome of the Rock be not only repaired in this area; but the desecration of this holy site be restored to its proper state.

This situation also co-insides with the closing and disrepair of the Orient House, when it was illegally being occupied by the PLO and with all due respect, to Musa Kazim al-Husayni, who was an honored member of Palestinian society and a beloved friend to the royal family.

Furthermore, al-Husayni fought with the Jewish people and the Palestinians against the Ottoman Empire, to get the Ottoman's out of Palestine.

Nevertheless, that Orient House should be returned to the Palestine legal government to be repaired and used in the manor it was originally intended for.

As to this whole situation under the circumstances at the time, I did agree with the Jewish people on not only a tomb being put on sacred ground, but the closing of Orient House.

Numerous times under similar circumstances, I think both the Jewish people and the Palestinian Legal government, should sit down compare lists and I think everyone would find much more agreements on issues, than otherwise.

Furthermore, as for the man in the tomb, declaring members of his family as Grand Mufti’s of Jerusalem, this was also an outrage because only one person can designate this position to anyone and that is the Queen of Palestine, as well as they have to be an Islamic sheikh in good standing. At this time their actually is a Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and often times out respect to the global community, I usually speak of him as my Prime Minster and his name is Ismail Haniyeh.

Haniyeh Still Most Popular Man in Palestine

In a recent poll Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh is still leading in popularity over Mahmoud Abbas.

What is felt by most Palestinians is the tireless efforts by PM Haniyeh for the betterment of all Palestine.

Some talk about elections in Palestine and do not realize that PM Haniyeh’s job is for life.

While there is some media propaganda, which is saying marginally contrary because of political bias towards PM Haniyeh, the productive outlook is far greater with Haniyeh at the reins than has ever been conceived in the past.

Furthermore, contrary to some media thoughts, the only one who can replace a PM is the Queen of Palestine and not by elected vote, which she doesn’t plan to do anytime in the near future.

Tutu Visits Palestine for Fact Finding Over 2006 Killings

Nobel peace laureate Desmond Tutu on Tuesday held talks with Palestinian prime minister Ismail Haniya in the Gaza Strip where he led a UN fact-finding mission into the killing of 19 Palestinian civilians in an 2006 Israeli artillery attack.

Sources close to Tutu's delegation said the Anglican former archbishop of Cape Town planned to call during the talks for an end of rocket attacks on Israel, and stress that all attacks against civilians -- whether against Palestinians or against Israelis -- should be condemned.

Other sources stressed, that the only attacks by rocket fire are by Mahmoud Abbas’s terrorist organization and the necessity for this to stop is important.

On Wednesday, the team led by Tutu was due to visit Beit Hanun, where the 2006 killings occurred, to interview witnesses and survivors of the attack.

They will prepare a report to present to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, UN officials said.

The Israeli raid on Beit Hanun on November 8, 2006, was widely condemned by the international community for killing 19 civilians, including five women and eight children, in their homes.

In February, the Israeli army announced that no charges would be brought against Israeli soldiers over the attack. After conducting an internal investigation, Israel concluded that the bombing of the civilians' homes was "a rare and grave technical error of the artillery radar system."

The army said it had been aiming its artillery at an area from which Palestinian militants were firing rockets at Israel, but due to the technical problem, the shells instead hit two homes.

The UN Human Rights Council had decided to send a team to Gaza to investigate the killings in 2006, but Israel refused to grant visas.

Tutu circumvented Israeli restrictions by driving to the Palestinian territory through Egypt on Tuesday.

Hamas: Olmert is gambling with Gilad Shalit's life

Palestinian Parliament Member Mushir al Masri on Saturday blamed Israel and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert for failing to reach a compromise that would free abducted Israel Defense Forces soldier Gilad Shalit.

Al Masri, a parliament member on behalf of Hamas, told a Palestinian news agency "I want to turn to the Shalit family and say: 'Olmert and his associates are gambling with your son's life.'"

Al Masri further said that another Israeli insistence would make Hamas seal off the possibility for Shalit's release. "Shalit will never see the light of day, or his parents, if the Palestinian prisoners will not see theirs," he declared.

Al Masri claimed Hamas was beginning to question Egypt's ability to help solve the burning issues at stake, including Shalit, the Israeli-Palestinian situation, as well the sour relations between Hamas and Fatah within the Palestinian Authority.

Last week, Hamas exiled leader Khaled Mehsal said that negotiations to free Shalit were at a standstill, due to Israel's refusal to release Palestinian prisoners. "Gilad is still alive and we treat him in a good way, while the Israelis treat our prisoners badly and everyone knows that," Meshal said.

The above article, to clarify with respect is not true, but to the contrary, Gilad Shalit is to be released under the original situation and no one that I know of, would ever insult Jewish Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.

In my opinion, a statement such as this while I do not know where it came from, is not the position of the Palestine legal government; actually, I was appalled to read such a thing as this.

As for Shailit, it is a heartfelt wish that he be reunited with his family, as well as everyone involved in the prisoner exchange.

To clarify further, the further reading link is second verse of the tune of the same story.

Hopefully the last and not being flippant, but we could write a song, we have so far three verses of this is not so.

Unless something directly comes from the Queen of Palestine or Palestine legal government Prime Minster Ismail Haniyeh on this issue, may the Jewish people not take it to heart, but instead treat these accusations like a grain of salt to be thrown of the shoulder.

From my understanding, as far as Gilad Shalit is actually doing, he is being well cared for at this time.

Palestine Closed Door Policy

Palestine has always had a closed-door policy, to who could come and live within her border’s.

This is why when the Jewish people needed help, their was never any question of them not being welcomed to Palestine, with open arms.

But as for the African refugee’s for example, they would not be welcome to Palestine and should be refused and the ones within Palestine border’s should be ousted from the country. Because, these people’s circumstances are a bit different, then what occurred for the Jewish people.

Usually, on issues’ such as this, it is directed to the Palestine legal government Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh; in regards to the removal of unwanted people within Palestine.

As for people wishing permission to live in Palestine, usually it is requested to the Queen of Palestine and she makes the decision.

As for the Jewish people wishing to remove these unwanted people, they very warmly have my gratitude.

I hope this creates understanding, with all due respect.

Yemen Talks Extended to Saturday

Yemeni Foreign Minister Abubakr al-Qirbi said Saturday that there had been a breakthrough in reconciliation talks between Palestine legal government and Fatah negotiators in Yemen's capital Sana'a, Jewish Radio reported.

According to the report, al-Qirbi said Fatah had already agreed to the final draft of the accord hammered out in the Yemen talks. The Palestine legal government delegation, however, has asked to consult with its leadership.

Palestine legal government and Fatah negotiators arrived in Yemen this week to try to end hostilities, but have been unable to reach an agreement.

Mahmoud Abbas' aides said Thursday that the negotiations had failed, but the sides then agreed to extend the discussions for an extra day.

At the request of Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh, the Palestine legal government and Fatah agreed to meet on Saturday in a last-ditch push for a breakthrough.

Palestine legal government had expressed doubt Friday that Yemeni-sponsored reconciliation talks with Fatah would succeed.

"Fatah is trying to avoid reaching an agreement by all possible means," said Ayman Taha, a Palestine legal government representative in the Gaza Strip.

Taha said Abbas was not interested in resuming talks with Palestine legal government because of "an American veto."

Abbas told reporters after meeting the Russian foreign minister in the West Bank city of Ramallah on Friday that the talks with Palestine legal government had "failed" so far.

However, referring to Saturday's talks, Abbas added, "We do not want to predict a failure. We hope for good results."

The Yemeni proposal calls for the situation in the Gaza Strip to return to the way it was before the Palestine legal government takeover and for Palestinian elections to be held. As far as the head of the Palestine legal government is concerned, their will be no elections in Palestine.

The plan also envisages the creation of another unity government and rebuilding of Palestinian security forces along national rather than factional lines. The is not to happen, as far as the head of the Palestine legal government is concerned.

Fatah has said it would agree to direct reconciliation talks with Palestine legal government only if Palestine legal government first consented to relinquish its hold on the Gaza Strip, home to 1.5 million Palestinians. The head, of the Palestine legal government refuses this proposal.

When asked if he thought an agreement could be reached, Saleh Rafat, a member of the Fatah (PLO) Executive Committee, said, "I don't think so."

Haniyeh to expand government’s in bid to strengthen Palestine legal government hold on Gaza

Palestine legal government Prime Minister in the Gaza Strip Ismail Haniyeh will expand his government in an effort to strengthen his hold on the coastal territory, an official close to the Palestine legal government in Gaza said on Friday.

Haniyeh's decision to cement Palestine legal government’s grip on Gaza opposes Mahmoud Abbas's demand that the legal government hand over control of the enclave as delegations from Palestine legal government and Fatah meet in Yemen for reconciliation talks.

Palestine legal government took over Gaza after routing the Fatah terrorist forces loyal to Abbas in June.

"There are consultations to enlarge the government lead by Ismail Haniyeh," the official told Reuters. "The prime minister in Gaza offered some Palestinian figures to participate in the government and they have expressed an initial readiness to participate."

A Fatah spokesman was not immediately available for comment.

The Palestine legal government defeated Abbas's long-dominant Fatah movement in parliamentary elections in January 2006, spurring the United States and European Union to suspend aid to the Palestine legal government.

In an effort to end the Western boycott, Abbas and Haniyeh agreed to form a unity government in March 2007, but the administration collapsed a few months later amid factional fighting that culminated in Palestine legal government’s takeover of Gaza.

Abbas dismissed the Palestine legal government and formed a collaborated Western-backed cabinet in the West Bank.

The official said Haniyeh's government may be presented to the Palestinian legislative council for a vote of confidence, but Fatah has been boycotting such meetings led by Palestine legal government in Gaza and Abbas has called them illegal. "Abbas can call anything illegal if he wishes too, but he is lying,"was a reply by an unidentified Palestinian in leadership.

There is a growing consensus among the majority of Palestinians, with Mahmoud Abbas’s current ordered Fatah (PLO) terrorist attacks both globally and domestic that he is insane.

Assalaamu Alaikum,

Palestine at this time has a changing face, not just towards the future; but the honorable quality of its former glory that it may be taken into the thousands of years into Palestine’s future.

First in all due respect to the Palestinian people, there is only one government that is legal in Palestine and the leadership is not just by myself being Queen of Palestine, but my appointment as prime minister is Ismail Haniyeh; for his unwaving honorable service to the Palestinian people. I had not chosen him lightly, but as the last elections had shown that the majority of the Palestinian people where confident in his leadership and from what I have seen his care and guidance towards the Palestinian people is one of integrity.

As for Mahmoud Abbas and his Fatah terrorist fraction that has all these years tried to overthrown the legitimate government of Palestine for what it has been for thousand’s of years, all those within this movement are considered terrorist, traitor’s, murderers and collaborator’s with a foreign government among other charges against all of Palestine and will be treated accordingly.

As for all other fraction groups in Palestine, they are now one military as they would have been before under the leadership as the Palestine Royal Guards, which had been the standing military up until 1987 when they were changed to the name of Hamas. Hamas is no more, they are returned to their former honorability as the military force of all Palestine; standing under the flag of Palestine.

I would like to say that not only the royal guard’s, but all men who have fought as well as are martyr’s in the defense of Palestine since the beginning of the war as honorable men and women has my highest respect and my unwaving gratitude for their defense of not only for the country of Palestine, but all of the Palestinian people. Inshaallah, Allah has a good place for you in Paradise.

Palestine has until this current war put scare’s upon her face has always been the country that is the center of Allah’s heart and her populace, some of the kindness and most respected people in the world and in the future may the scare’s mend and Palestine live as a country in peace to the beauty this country is meant to be.

As for peace in all of Palestine, may it become agreeable to all who live upon her land, not by the influence’s of outside agitators.
